About the role
Description:
- Join Glia, a leading AI customer service solution for banks and credit unions, as a Full-Stack Engineer.

- 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of compiled, strictly-typed languages and design patterns.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable systems.
- Familiarity with AWS and running containerized applications.
- Commitment to code quality with experience in testing and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in AI development tools and understanding their limitations.
- Experience with Elixir, Ruby, or Go is a plus; familiarity with event-driven architecture is beneficial.
