Patient Reach 360 develops software that combines patient acquisition, CRM, scheduling, workflow automation, analytics, and AI into one platform for specialty healthcare practices.
Our backend is built with Elixir and Phoenix, and as our platform has grown we've found Elixir to be an excellent fit for handling the real-time communication, concurrent workflows, and reliability our product requires. We're now expanding our engineering team to continue building new features and scaling the platform.

We're looking for an Elixir developer who enjoys building products and solving problems. You'll work directly with our CTO and engineering team to develop new features, improve existing systems, build integrations, and help shape the future architecture of our platform.
Our technology stack includes:
- Elixir
- Phoenix
- Phoenix LiveView
- PostgreSQL
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Fly.io
- Docker
- GitHub
Startup experience is a plus, but not required.
Salary range:
$70,000-$90,000 USD annually (depending on experience)
Position on remote work:
Fully Remote (US preferred). We're also open to exceptional international candidates if time zones align.
Qualifications or experience required:
- Professional experience with Elixir
- Phoenix Framework
- Phoenix LiveView
- PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- Git
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
Bonus experience with AI/LLMs, Docker, Fly.io, Stripe, Twilio, or healthcare software is appreciated but not required.
We're especially interested in junior or mid-level developers who have solid Elixir fundamentals and are excited to continue growing.
